He joined as a Software Engineer when they were 100 people, he is now a Staff Engineer, and the company have scaled to 1000 employees and unicorn status. He has been working in a React, Redux, Python, Django, PostgreSQL, AWS stack. The company is a very different now than when he joined, and he feels he is ready for a new challenge.

• Architected and delivered their Design System, featuring design tokens, a component library, and a global navigation module built using Typescript, React, and Rollup that were utilized by multiple teams across the company.
• Mentored a distributed team of 7 front-end engineers across multiple continents on best practices regarding patterns, testing, and accessibility.
• Decoupled the company frontend from a Rails monolith into a NextJS shell; created a NodeJS synchronization script for code consistency between the monolith and decoupled codebases.
• Led team to redesign, build and deliver a patient mobile application using React Native.
