Alex graduated from Cornell University in 2018 with a Computer Science degree. He then spent 6 years with a FinTech startup that scaled significantly, Alex was promoted from Software Engineer through to Sr. Engineer II (L4). After a year with Justworks he is now exploring new opportunities. Tech wise, Alex’s main programming language is Python, with particular focus in decision algorithms and machine learning applications.

Some of his responsibilities / achievements include:

• Lead developer of a core decision engine, underwriting based on credit and fraud risk. 

• Lead complete overhaul of software architecture, implementing microservices. 

• Founding developer of new data platform and infrastructure. 

Ashwin graduated from Cornell University in 2014 with a Computer Science degree. Ashwin spent 3 years with Stripe and most recently has worked at Series B SaaS startup as a Data Infrastructure Engineer. Deep experience building data pipelines using Spark, Dagster, AWS Step Functions, Python and Typescript. He is exploring Infrastructure roles and pure BE roles.

• Engineer number 3 at an early-stage data start-up. 

• Building web services in Go, Python and React. 

• Lead development of core infrastructure, moving all stateless services to Kubernetes, as well as redesigning deployment and monitoring. 

• Building data pipelines using Spark on AWS EMR, Kafka, Python and AWS Lambda. 

Daniel graduated from Carnegie Mellon University with a Computer Science degree in 2015. He spent 8 years with a major media/streaming company before transitioning into a SaaS startup. Daniel is tech agnostic and has experience working within multiple tech stacks. Python/Typescript/Kotlin/Java backends and deep experience using React.  

Some of his responsibilities / achievements include:

• Dockerized codebase for easier developer experience.

• Designed and developed an AI chatbot tool that empowered non-technical team members to implementdesign updates independently, reducing engineering bottlenecks and accelerating the product iteration cycle.

• Built Hulu's internal A/B testing platform, doing frontend, backend, and data-processing work.

Blair has approaching 10 years of professional experience. She led the Design System’s Tooling team at Coinbase for 3 years and most recently has been working as a Founding Engineer at a Stealth startup. Passionate about zero-to-one building.

Some of her responsibilities / achievements in her current role & Coinbase include 

• Developed no-code tools for a YC-backed startup that empowers creatives to build automation tooling without backend expertise. Leveraged React, TypeScript, TailwindCSS, and Canvas API to expand the design system and owned development of zero-to-one platform features.

• Built over 30 components for the Coinbase Design System in both React and React Native.

Caesar has 10 years of professional experience as a Front End specialist. He has been working for MongoDB for 4 years and is now looking to take the leap into an AI related startup. He is looking for an opportunity to have a greater impact in a fast paced high ownership environment.

• Led front end discipline and implemented scalable architecture patterns

• Built features using React, Typescript through cross functional collaboration.

Carly has 12 years' experience working within product management. During this time she has worked extensively with data driven teams across three exciting roles. With experience in eCommerce, Fintech and working with a data product. Carly has lead and launched numerous successful products.

• Generated over $50m in revenue and drove a 200% increase in total active users. 

• Spearheaded the global launch of several core products, selling millions of units per year.
